Mystery Art Fest

What is Mystery Art? Mystery Art is an annual exhibit by local and regional artist of all levels. The artwork is donated by the artist and their name and the title of the work is hidden and becomes a mystery. Artwork is displayed in the NorthLight Gallery and interested patrons bid for their piece in a silent auction and later on in a live auction. During the live auction, patrons make a bid and solve the mystery. They find out who the artist is as well as the title of the piece. Mystery Art Fest fulfills our mission at The Kemp which is to nurture and strengthen the artistic, cultural and educational quality of our community and the surrounding area. The fund from this event enhances our educational programs and helps us to continue the promotion of the arts.

Mystery Art is now over and we are looking forward to next year. We appreciate all the artists and patrons that participated this year. Without you we wouldn’t be able to have such a wonderful event. We do have one more date to remember and that is the Signing Party. We invite you to come to this free party and have your work signed by the artist. Join us for a fun night!  November 4, 2014– Art on Tap Signing Party: In the Great Hall at 5:30pm.
