Art Affair on Kemp Square is an annual art festival on the fenced tree shaded grounds of The Kemp Center for the Arts 1300 Lamar, Wichita Falls, Texas. The Kemp is a landmark historic building (C.1917) centered on a downtown city block that underwent a $2.6 million renovation and opened in March of 2002.
Exhibition space at this festival is available for artists.
